Solers is currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated Corporate Recruiter with 2-3 years of direct recruiting experience to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting activities to include: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and employee on-boarding. They will be responsible for utilizing various resources such as job boards, career fairs, cold calling, networking, and college campus recruiting to staff both technical and non-technical positions within Solers.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred
US Citizenship required along with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
