Solers is currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated Corporate Recruiter with 2-3 years of direct recruiting experience to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting activities to include: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and employee on-boarding. They will be responsible for utilizing various resources such as job boards, career fairs, cold calling, networking, and college campus recruiting to staff both technical and non-technical positions within Solers. 


Desired Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred


Job Duties:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills
  • Screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, and schedule interviews
  • Build relationships and maintain constant communication with candidates
  • Post open positions on job boards and state websites
  • Attend college career fairs and networking events
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Assist Director of Human Resources on an as-need basis

Desired Skills:

  • DoD recruiting and/or technical recruiting experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of iCIMS applicant tracking system
  • Utilization of social media sites as recruiting tools
  • Knowledge of OFCCP, EEO and AAP

Security Requirement:

US Citizenship required along with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
