Lead or participate in security activities associated with the migration of customer systems to customer cloud environments including: requirements development, design, coding, integration, testing, installation, certification, and deployment. Provide Information Assurance (IA) expertise to support Certification and Accreditation (C&A) using Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 Certification and Accreditation.
Bachelors in Information Systems, Computer Science, engineering, or related technical field; direct military or government experience with the ICD 503 C&A process and DoD missions and configurations may be considered for a waiver of educational requirements.
Broad information security experience required to include: requirements analysis, design, test, and certification. Requires a working knowledge of ICD 503 certification and accreditation procedures, software/security testing, network security, J2EE architectures and design, PKI, firewalls, and Linux/Windows system administration. Able to express yourself confidently, concisely, and accurately through written and oral communications. Minimum 5 years experience.
Familiarity with current DoD/IC systems and doctrine is desired, with an emphasis on security guards, network/system security, and tactical and joint C4I systems. Information Assurance certifications are a plus. Familiarity with any or all of the following commercial technologies and processes: UML, Rational development tools, RUP, J2EE architectures, SOA, Web Services, XML, XSLT, HTML, Java Servlets, LDAP, SSL, and/or networking protocols.
Must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
