Serve as the lead technical manager and architect to support Government software development and integration efforts. Provide business development growth identification to continue to grow and expand capabilities within the region. Lead a team through a structured, end-to-end software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, development, and testing. Work with internal and external teams to define requirements, specify architectures, complete detailed designs, and oversee implementations. Design and develop information/knowledge management, command and control, and cyber security applications utilizing leading-edge technologies and evolutionary development processes. Support project management tasks including estimating and planning tasks, creating and managing schedules, and interfacing with customer.

B.S in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Experience working with the US Navy, SPAWAR, and/or the SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific. Proven technical leadership skills. Technical mastery of cutting edge software development tools and architectures. Familiarity with object-oriented design and development practices, software release processes, multiple development methodologies (agile, waterfall, etc.), configuration management, and quality assurance. The candidate must be proactive, service-oriented, and understand the importance of managing customer relationships. The candidate must have the ability to identify new business growth opportunities and expand business growth through existing efforts. Must possess the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Excellent oral and written communications skills. *US Citizenship Required.
Experience as a technical manager/project manager/deputy. Experience working with DoD C4ISR and netcentric architectures and systems. Experience with Linux and virtualization and/or ontainerization. Experience with any or all of the following technologies and architectures: SOA, OZONE Widget Framework, OZONE Market Place, J2EE, .NET, web services, web services orchestration, PKI, SSL, information security, databases, XML, XSLT, JSON, data modeling, metadata tagging, networking architectures, distributed computing, and/or networking technologies.
